Community owned business which was established to provide IT and Soft Skills Training to members of the local and wider community.
BTTC was established in 1999 as a community owned business with the purpose of providing IT and Soft Skills Training to members of the local and wider community. Onsite they provide training rooms, kitchen facilities and IT equipment to facilitate multi-training courses at one time. Over the years, through a bank of tutors, the work carried out by BTTC has expanded to include Safety Training such as Safepass, Manual Handling and First Aid, a Junior and Leaving Cert Support Programme, affordable second level grinds as well as a new remote working hub. BTTC specialise in working on and off site and have plans for development of further onsite facilities over the coming year, as well as providing outreach programs across Offaly.
