Edenderry Local Training Initiative
A Local Training Initiative (LTI) programme is a community-based training programme that offers training in a variety of skills areas and are open to anyone who is unemployed, aged 18 to 35 years.
The overall aim of the LTI programme is to assist unemployed people to move towards employment by providing community-based training and work experience leading to nationally recognised qualifications.
Edenderry LTI provides a range of training programmes which lead to Major QQI Level 4 award

Employment Skills for Office Reception, Retail and Tourism (QQI Level 4 certification)
Who is it suitable for?
This course is designed for those aged 18-35.
What is the course content?
Customer Service, Reception Skills, Tourism Visitor Care, Communications, Retail Sales Techniques, Work Experience, Workplace Safety, Personal Effectiveness, Functional Maths, Stock Control, Information Technology Skills
Course Times?
Monday-Thursday 9:30am to 4:30pm, Friday 9:30am to 1:00pm.
