We're delighted to bring a FREE Triple P Parenting programme for Parents of children aged 2 to 10 years to Birr this month. Triple P gives you tips and strategies to make family life less stressful with young children and a good understanding of positive parenting with plenty of ideas to make parenting easier.
This group programme takes place on Thursday mornings, over seven weeks. After four sessions, you will have two weeks to practise Triple P at home with support phone calls before coming together for the final session.
