Last week, we kicked off our MenPower Programme for 2024, welcoming on incredible group of men, each arriving with their own unique blend of hopes and hesitations. But guess what? They soon discovered they're in this together, sharing more in common than they ever imagined.
Week 1; Is all about breaking the ice and diving deep into connection - where laughter, lively chats and engaging interactions set the stage for the journey ahead. As the weeks unfold, every participant will have the opportunity to develop their strengths, manage their thoughts, forge meaningful connections and explore exciting paths in work; training or education. And that's not all - they'll get to try out new activities within the group's supportive environment, potentially finding new hobbies and even lifelong friendships along the way. Here's to new beginnings and the incredible journey we're about to embark on together!
