Join us for free 8 week 'Healthy Choices - Healthy Community Programme, starting Wednesday 6th of March. It will involve 2 morning walks, light exercise sessions on Wednesday, 11am in Tullamore Town Park and on Friday, 11am from Fiona's way on the canal line. Cookery demos with Yvonne Carty and education sessions will take place on Wednesday afternoon's at 2:30pm in the Darmagh Community Centre, Clontarf Road.
