Daingean Development Association in conjunction with Offaly Local Development/Healthy Ireland, Tullamore Mental Health Association and Daingean GAA hosted a Social Bingo in Daingean Town Hall last Thursday.
The afternoon was a brilliant success with over 100 individuals from all over Offaly and beyond attending this fun event. It was an afternoon of getting together and having a chat and some fun making connections throughout the different communities.
This social initiative stems from the launch of the new Daingean Community Action Plan 2020-2024. An action identified within this plan is the need to provide more activities for older adults living in Daingean.
