Offaly Local Development Company (OLDC) is the Implementing Partner delivering the Rural Development Programme (LEADER) 2014 - 2020 on behalf of Offaly Local Community Development Committee.
Under the Local Development Strategy's Rural Environment Theme, expressions of interest are now being accepted from groups and organisations who wish to apply for funding for projects in the area of Biodiversity; Water Quality and; Renewable Energy.
The first step in the application process is to complete and submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) form (below) before the deadline of 21st December 2018.
